CANCELLATION POLICY

We respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for cancellation. Missed appointments or failure to notify us within the 24 hour window will be charged the 50% of the service amount.

In order to provide you with the best service , Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.

To avoid a cancellation , please alert us if you are running more than 10 mins late. Thank you for understanding.

RE-WORK POLICY

If you are unhappy with your hair service, we are more than happy to make all reasonable adjustments. Please be aware that you must re-book with your original stylist and you have 7 days from the original appointment date to notify us. If you would like additional consultation , we will be happy to accommodate and will notify you in advance of the additional charges. However no refunds will be given. We thank you for your understanding in advance.
